I am an attorney practicing law in central Washington State. During the Covid-19 pandemic I will be conducting client meetings by phone or Skype. This worked well in 2020, and I expect it to continue to be an effective way of delivering quality legal services. Document signings needing my Notary Public services will continue to be conducted in person, at safe locations which both I and the client mutually deem appropriate. As of February 4, I will have received both vaccination doses of the Moderna vaccine.

In addition to numerous standard estate planning, probate and real estate matters, recent cases have also included:

  • Custom trust to ensure independent management of funds for long term care of wealthy couple

  • Analysis of rights under recorded “recreational easement”

  • Opinion letter concerning relocation of utilities easement

  • Adverse possession of community association platted “green space”

  • Special needs trust for long-term developmentally disabled child

  • Annual guardianship report meeting both VA and Washington State requirements

  • Obtaining and monitoring state and federal trade mark registration for winery

  • Probate of intestate (no Will) estate

  • Drafted novel CC&Rs for large-scale recreational property development

  • Advised homeowners’ association concerning short-term rentals

  • Advised homeowner on neighbor's encroaching trees and shrubs
